Application Development Associate Manager (Accenture LLP; Florham Park, NJ): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Application Development Associate Manager in Florham Park, NJ, and the job duties are as follows:

• Develop, design, and maintain software products/systems to enable client strategies.
• Analyze, design, build, and test new components/enhancements to existing modules.
• Design and code applications to functional and technical programming standards.
• Develop system specifications and interfaces and create operational documentation for applications.
• Provide primary support for installation of application releases into production.
• Maintain applications according to SLAs and develop and implement testing plans.
• Work across the Service Delivery Lifecycle on engineering solutions for new system roll-outs, major/minor enhancements, and ongoing maintenance of existing applications.
• Understand strategic direction set by senior management and implement methods and procedures set by management. Work with team members to gather and interpret user/system requirements into design specifications.

Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.

Of the required experience, 5 years of experience must be in each of the following:

• Utilizing JEE technologies, including Java 1.5+, JSP, JAX-WS, EJB 2.1-3.0, JDBC, JMS, and JNDI;
• Utilizing Struts 1.1+, Hibernate and Spring Framework, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, JQuery, AJAX, Handlebars.js, AngularJS, SOAP and XML Web services, XML schema, RESTful Web Services, JSON, and Weblogic Application Server 9.2+; and,
• Using database development tools including Toad for Oracle, SQL*Plus, and Oracle SQL Developer.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
