Responsibilities

Ascension Saint Thomas Medical Partners is seeking to add a Full Time APP to our outpatient clinic in Mt. Juliet, TN.

Position Highlights:

* Full Time working (4) 10 hour day per week
* Treating you own panel of patients
* Providing normal outpatient support to patient population of all ages
* 3+ years of family practice experience preferred
* Typical work week include 36 hours of patient contact hours.
* Working with 8 other providers in the clinic

Requirements

Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Required Credential(s):
- BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home statelicense for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education:
- Master's degree of Nursing required.
