Job Responsibilities:

As an Associate in Fees and Billing Team you will be primarily responsible for:

• Ensure accurate and timely fees are charged to IPB clients.
• Perform fee set-ups, closures, calculations, and billing.
• Participate in discussions related to controls and responsible to implement multiple controls to ensure correct fees are charged to clients.
• Maintaining fee documents and procedures
• Producing MIS and trend analysis
• Coordinate changes for any client documentation.
• Address Front Office queries in a timely and accurate manner.
• Contribute during ideation to achieve capacity-related targets set for the year.
• Participate in testing efforts during projects and discussions.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Graduate or Post Graduate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in fees and billing, or a solid understanding of fees and billing mechanisms
• Proven experience in query and stakeholder management
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic Microsoft tools
• Strong analytical skills with a methodical approach and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Consistently champions our "How We Do Business" culture, applying a preventative controls mindset to manage and mitigate risks
• Strong client focus and commitment to client satisfaction
• Proactive ownership of issues and deliverables, with a strong problem-solving approach

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Leverages data and digital skills to create new insights and deliver well-designed outcomes.
• Applies innovation and design thinking techniques to continually challenge and improve the efficiency, scale, and resilience of our operating processes.
• Knowledge of IA, AI, and LLM tools with the ability to analyze tool fitment will be preferred.
