What you'll be doing:

• Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting:

• Own the budgeting, forecasting and management reporting processes;

• Develop, coordinate, and report budgets and forecasts for individual departments;

• P resent senior management with full financials, budgets and rolling forecasts updates;

• C ompare detailed KPIs vs. actual performance;

• Direct bottoms-up development of annual expense budget, resource planning analysis ;

• Assist with Company's 5-year modeling process

• Analysis and Decision Support:

• Partner with departmental leaders to determine and support financial analysis needs ;

• Analy ze p roduct / customer / business unit margins and performance ;

• Drive improved profitability through analytics and operational relationships;

• Prepare detailed analyses and identify key drivers to support major investment initiatives and track performance of those initiatives vs. plan

• Provide senior executives with insightful decision support and ad hoc financial analysis

• Financial Reporting:

• Prepare management reporting packs in a timely and clear fashion, with risks and opportunities readily identified ;

• Partner with internal accounting team on monthly close process, financial reporting, and preparation of GAAP financial statements;

• Enhance and define report s to support the business and operations

What you bring to the table:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related degree a must . A master's degree and/or professional certification (MBA, CFA, CPA, CMA) highly desirable.

• Proven 4 years as an analyst and 2-3 years as a manager in corporate FP&A sector or in a senior finance or accounting role in a consumer products distribution industry preferred.

• Highly proficient in excel, knowledgeable of ERP system and Power BI desirable.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make sound recommendations.

• Proven track record of managing complex projects from end to end .
• Handling Cross functional project end to end with the ability to derive metrics from base data sets on their own.

The pay range for this role is:
105,000 - 120,000 USD per year ( Pico Rivera, CA (Hybrid) )
