Nike ストアのアシスタントヘッドコーチ(副店長)の役割は、店舗に訪れる全てのお客様に最高のエクスペリエンスをお届けすると同時に、店舗の全てのアスリート(スタッフ)にも最高のエクスペリエンスを提供するためにヘッドコーチ(店長)をサポートする事です。

常に優先順位を考え、重要な事にフォーカスし、チームを鼓舞し、勝利に導きます。そしてチームメンバーがより成功するために必要なフィードバックをします。ビジネスとブランドと両方での成功を確実なものにするため、 Nike が提供する様々なプロセスやプログラムを実行します。あなた自身や、チームメンバーが Nike サービスの精神を身につけ、お客様のはじめての ラン二ング から、さらなる上位を目指して次の試合で勝利を目指すバスケットボールチームのサポートまで、多様化するお客様のニーズに適応し、インスピレーションを与え、最高のサービスを提供します。

・ 職務内容:

①プレミアムな消費者体験を目指し、グローバル及びジオグラフィーのプログラム導入/実施を促進するため、ヘッドコーチをサポートしてビジネスを加速させる。 　

②ヘッドコーチの補佐として、様々なファンクション(販売、ヴィジュアルマーチャンダイジング、トレーニング、オペレーション、シッピングアンドレシービングなど)を管理する。

③スタッフの教育及び能力開発をサポートするため、日々の業務のみならず、中長期的な視点で注力する業務を計画する。プレミアムな社員体験の実現。

④ Nike が定めるポリシーや規定を徹底し、優れたストアオペレーションを実行する。

⑤ 優れた戦略的な計画の立案及び実行をする 。

⑥ 本部の関係部署と連動して店舗およびスタッフの管理維持を行う 。

・ 応募条件:

① Nike ブランドへの強い興味とパッションがあること

② リテールでのマネジメント経験(雇用形態不問 )

③ リテール及びアパレルの知識、流行やファッショントレンドに敏感であること

④ 周りを巻き込みリードしていくリーダーシップ能力とマネジメント能力があること

⑤ 問題解決能力があり、責任を持って意思決定ができること

⑥ コミュニケーション能力が高く、周りとの関係構築をスムーズにできること

⑦ 英語スキル( TOEIC 500 点程度を目安とする)
