In our NIKE Retail Stores we use special job names for our positions: a Store Manager is called "Head Coach", an Assistant Store Manager is called "Assistant Head Coach", a department manager is called "Coach", a team leader is called "Lead" and a Sales Associates is called "Athlete".

As a People-focused Assistant Head Coach in Parndorf you will:

• Create a clear structure to build a transparent relationship with key business partners, to develop our tools according to Austrian legal requirements.
• Lead the human resource side and collaborate on talent acquisition, organizational structures and leave management for a business with 80+ employees.
• Observe the needs and create a learning environment while mastering our internal tools.
• Coordinate projects to develop NIKE experience and support operational excellence.
• Use our internal tools efficiently to create a problem-solving structure for key business partners.
• Cooperating with your business partners across stores and HQ and be a key contact for our Operations team.
• Ensure that the store complies with all NIKE standards and guidelines.

What you bring:

• Enthusiasm and passion for NIKE and/or love of sport.
• Extensive retail experience including experience in management.
• Very good command of both German and English (written and spoken).
• Experience and competency in legal health and safety requirements as well as loss prevention.
• Ability to s upport organization, people & change-related matters.
• Strong focus on communication.
• Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends.
