Introduction
In this role you’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers) where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world.​ Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your Role and Responsibilities
Executar as atividades inerentes aos processos de Atendimento ao Cliente monitoramento e análise de performace do provedor de CallCenter garantindo que os indicadores associados aos canais sejam cumpridos.
Garantir a qualidade do serviço e o cumprimento dos indicadores e métricas associados aos canais front e back office.
Identificar oportunidades de melhoria e implementação de soluções para otimizar o desempenho do provedor de call center
Deve ser garantido: elaboração e análises de relatórios resposta a atendimento e suporte a outras unidades.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Formação acadêmica : Técnico Tecnólogo Superior ou Aluno de Carreira Administrativa.
Conhecimentos intermediários de ferramentas de escritório (Excel Power Point Word).
Controle e conhecimento de SAP
Criatividade e flexibilidade que permitam encontrar soluções rápidas e adequadas a situações novas e inesperadas.
Capacidade de análise
Facilidade em conduzir atividades sob pressão
Orientação ao cliente
Estabelecimento e organização de prioridades.
