As a key member of our operations team, you will work with the team, wealth advisors, and other team members across multiple offices to serve a client base consisting of High-Net-Worth families and business owners.Β 

Responsibilities:Β 

  • Part of the operations team responsible for client relationship management of a multi-location practiceΒ 
  • Become familiar with custodian relationships, processes, and service teamsΒ 
  • Prepare related forms and assist the advisory team in transaction processingΒ 
  • Process trades (buys/sells) and cost basis adjustmentsΒ 
  • Prepare and process client on-boarding and maintenance paperworkΒ 
  • Maintain database and workflows in our client relationship management systemΒ 
  • Assist with multiple client and practice-related projects at the same timeΒ 
  • Consistently follow procedures to be compliant with Firm requirementsΒ 
  • Assist with the development and implementation of various marketing efforts and projectsΒ Β 

Basic Qualifications:Β 

  • Four-year degree preferred, but not required, in a financial planning related field (business, tax, finance, or accounting) or equivalent work experienceΒ 
  • Strong preference towards candidates with work experience of 3 or more years in a Wealth Management, Tax, or Financial Services related industryΒ 
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skillsΒ 
  • Ability to work efficiently, effectively, and independently in order to see projects through completion
  • Critical thinker with very strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, strong work ethic and possess a sense of urgency
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and strong team orientation
  • Highly organized individual, able to take direction and prioritize responsibilities
  • Strong administrative skills, including advanced experience in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and assignments
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment to meet client needs
  • Strong ethical and professional standards with acceptable compliance record in prior position(s)
  • Ability to adjust hours due to supporting multiple offices in different time zones, primarily PST.Β 

Expected annual salary ranges from $50,000 to $75,000 plus incentive compensation.
