As the Associate Director of Product Management, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of technology enabled experiences within our integrated care delivery organization. You will lead a high-performing team of professionals, including product owners, organizational change management experts, configuration specialists, and project managers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our product development initiatives align with our strategic objectives and meet the needs of our internal and external customers.
Technology ecosystem includes cloud-based telephony solutions, CRM, multiple EMRs, patient facing digital engagement solutions, and complimentary systems both interfaced and stand-alone. The team lead by the Associate Director of Product Management will be responsible for delivering technical solutions and integrating into existing technology and business process. The Associate Director of Product Management will lead 10 - 15 direct reports.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide strong leadership to the product management team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture. Coach and mentor team members to achieve their full potential.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to define and communicate the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
- Act as the primary product owner for key products within portfolio, driving the product development process from ideation to launch.
- Implement change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of new products and processes within the organization, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Oversee the analysis of customer feedback from various streams to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
- Guide the successful execution of product development projects, including scope definition, timeline, resource allocation, risk management and implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales and peers in Clinical and Product Operations roles to ensure a coordinated and successful product launch.
- Define and track key performance indicators to measure the success and impact of product initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that their feedback and needs are integrated into product decisions.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare.
- Seven or more years of proven experience in product management with a track record of delivering successful products to market.
- Three or more years of demonstrated leadership experience and partnering with senior leadership on strategic initiatives.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities.
- Deep understanding of business change management principles.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies.
- Analytical and data driven decision making capabilities.
- Experience with modern software development product management practices and agile methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in business or healthcare.
- Six Sigma and/or Project Management Institute certification.
- Physician practice revenue cycle management (RCM) experience.
- Cloud-based telephony experience.
- Two or more years of super user or equivalent experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.

Work at Home Guidance
To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates' ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria:
- At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested
- Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership
- Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
- CenterWell will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
- Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$136,200 - $187,400 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
