Associate eCommerce Manager

As Associate Manager reporting to our Senior Director of eCommerce, you will support the growth and optimization of our eCommerce business with key retailers. Help develop and execute eCommerce strategies, manage online product listings, and collaborate with various teams to enhance the online shopping experience.

Your Impact:

• Help develop and implement eCommerce strategies to grow online sales.
• Manage and optimize product listings across various eCommerce platforms, ensuring content accuracy and completeness.
• Identify assortment opportunities within the Home Shipment Channel and collaborate with cross-functional partners to implement.
• Collaborate with commerce marketing and sales to develop and execute brand strategy.
• Monitor and analyze digital shelf and retailer media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Develop the strategy of third-party marketplace partners to enhance eCommerce capabilities.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure we remain competitive in the eCommerce space.

Your Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3+ years of work / intern experience in eCommerce, digital marketing and technology.
• Demonstrated depth of UX experience, communications strategy, eCommerce marketing systems, tools and platforms, and segmentation decisions in an eCommerce environment.
• Data-driven with the ability to connect dots between historical learning, data sets and future opportunities.
• Experience with the Grocery eCommerce and marketing technology landscape.
• Passion for digital and eCommerce space with a demonstrated understanding of key players and concepts in digital.
• Familiarity with digital shelf principles, analytics and challenges.
• Experience working with multi-functional teams and external agency/vendor partners.

Located in downtown Chicago along the Chicago River, our corporate headquarters is in the landmark Merchandise Mart building, with access to public transit and several options for dining and shopping in the area

Compensation: 

Pay Range:$79,000-$115,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
