Primal Kitchen is looking for an enthusiastic, data-driven shopper marke ter to join our team . As a member of the Marketing team , you will be responsible for generating revenue through a variety of initiatives including building brand awareness, driving trial, and executing unique shopper marketing programs in the Grocery, Natural , C lub and ecommerce channels. Our ideal candidate is someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who has the ability to be extremely flexible in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, is a driver who has the confidence to build strong relationships, and who collaborates effectively in a cross-functional team setting.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- In partnership with Sr. Manager, Omnichannel, work with the Sales team to identify and develop omni-shopper programs that align with both customer objectives as well as internal sales and marketing team goals
- Support in the briefing, plan development and execution of omni shopper activations ( Retail Media Network. Digital Media, Ecommerce, In-Store, Coupon and/or Cash Back Incentives )
- Vendor Management
- Creative Development Requests
- Create compelling selling documents to aid the sales team with securing retailer support of key promotions
- Assist in budget management/reporting
- Recap campaign performance to deliver actionable conclusions and optimize future programs.
- Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to influence decision making.
- Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: The following are the minimum qualifications, which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of this position . Please note that the minimum qualifications may vary based upon the department size and/or geographic location.
KNOWLEDGE:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience in CPG either on the client or agency side
- Marketing passion - very interested in consumer/shopper behavior and a basic knowledge of marketing frameworks. Passion to understand consumer culture, interests, attitudes, trends, and especially ecommerce + digital media.
- Strong Leadership Skills - self-starter, great motivation, open to change and out of the box/creative thinking
- Superior Execution - willingness to get down to business and execute key initiatives in a timely manner .
- Great Relationship Skills - Strong at forging internal/external relationships and commanding trust/respect of others.
- Process Management - Accurate and timely reporting with drive to improve and streamline processes. Technology savvy, especially in excel and power point.
- Problem Solving Skills - Ability to analyze complex data and develop innovative recommendations and solution s.

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment
We believe our office environment fuels our collaboration, connection & community as an organization and allows our employees to grow toward greatness. We also believe providing a more flexible and agile model is essential in today's workplace. A majority of our office-based employees will be able to work remotely for up to two days each week. Additionally, employees who are subject to this hybrid model will be eligible to work from anywhere for up to six weeks in a rolling 12-month period (in maximum two-week increments and according to benefits and tax guidelines). Some jobs may be required to be performed fully in office depending on the role's responsibilities and requirements.
Base Salary Range: $83,400.00 - $104,200.00
