We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Outbound Sales Associate to drive business growth by identifying and acquiring merchants, e-commerce businesses, and retailers for our delivery services. In this role, you will develop and execute strategic approaches to grow the client portfolio, achieve acquisition targets, and build long-lasting partnerships. By delivering exceptional service, leveraging market insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in optimizing our sales efforts and expanding our reach in the logistics space.

What You'll Do:
- Identify and target merchants, e-commerce businesses, and retailers for delivery services, developing strategies to grow the client portfolio and achieve acquisition targets.
- Build and maintain strong merchant relationships, ensuring smooth onboarding, addressing needs, and delivering exceptional service for long-term partnerships.
- Develop and execute B2C sales strategies, analyze market trends, target key customer segments, and upsell or cross-sell logistics solutions.
- Educate merchants on pricing, service agreements, and competitive analysis while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to align campaigns, optimize lead generation, and enhance delivery services.
- Track sales performance, use CRM tools effectively, and provide insights to improve processes while staying updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

- Can-do attitude and grit to make things happen, to identify and leverage new opportunities
What You’ll Need:
- A university degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales and business development.
- A proactive, passionate, and detail-oriented mindset with strong self-initiative.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Bangla.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, and data reporting tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle large data sets and generate actionable insights.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their use in business contexts.
