ABOUT THE ROLEĀ
Peloton is looking for an Associate, Partner Marketing, who will play a critical role in unlocking value across Pelotonās Corporate Wellness relationships (e.g. employers, health plans, consultants/brokers, PEOs, etc). In this role, you are responsible for collaborating with partner organizations to drive awareness and conversion across their eligible audience, ultimately supporting key business KPIs: subscription growth, equipment sales, client satisfaction & client renewal rates.Ā
This individual will inherit and optimize a number of existing partner marketing initiatives (client activation toolkits; partner assets - e.g. flyers / swipe copy / benefit admin comms; wellness champion programs; ad hoc requests), and will also have the opportunity to recommend and implement novel programs.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative, strategic, and analytical thinker who is a strong team player (no job is too small or too large). This individual should be comfortable interfacing with clients, and adept at building and executing ROI-positive scalable marketing programs as well as bespoke campaigns to support our most strategic clients.Ā
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTONĀ
- Collaborate with partner organizations to drive awareness and conversion across their eligible audience
- Execute and optimize existing partner marketing initiatives (client activation toolkits, partner assets for cultural moments, wellness champion programs, ad hoc requests)
- Recommend and implement novel programs that support key business KPIs
- Build process around intaking, prioritizing, and addressing client/partner requests
- Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g. lifecycle, account management, sales, member support) to develop marketing and enablement materialsĀ

YOU BRING TO PELOTONĀ
- 2+ years of work experience in a B2B marketing role; preferably at a B2B health/wellness companyĀ
- Bachelorās Degree required
- Experience with marketing teams in innovative, fast-paced and customer-centric environmentsĀ
- Understanding of or experience in subscription servicesĀ
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Comfort interfacing with clients and cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with both acquisition and engagement strategies; data-first approach to optimizing programs and solving business needsĀ
- Multi-dimensional skillset, including: project management, tactical planning, strategic thinking, relationship management, analytical and quant skills; powerpoint (or equivalent) expertise
- Forward-thinking, organized, and detailed
