Job Description

The Associate Product Manager is the expert on the live game, responsible for transforming the live-ops strategy into a detailed plan and setting up in-game events and promotions. Their goal is to surprise and delight users daily, driving engagement and achieving the game's monetization targets.

Your main challenges will include:

• Collaborate with Product Manager, Marketing team, and Production teams to create and manage live-ops plans.
• Define & set up in-game events and promotions using the required tools.
• Oversee live-ops QA testing process to ensure a smooth user experience.
• Manage in-game inventory and ensure proper item display.
• Work with cross-functional teams on communication strategies, asset creation, and localization; keep stakeholders updated on live-ops plans.
• Benchmark industry best practices for live-ops strategies; analyze live-ops data, report, and continuously improve in-game actions.

Qualifications

• Passion for games, with creative ideas to boost engagement, enhance features, and improve user satisfaction.
• Basic understanding of various game business models.
• Self-motivated with the ability to quickly learn different CRM tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
