We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to join our dynamic product team and contribute to the development of our core Administrative Tools. In this role, you will work closely with senior product managers, engineers, and designers to help define and execute product features that enhance our user experience and processes effectiveness.
What you'll do:
- Work with the Product Managers to assist in the development and implementation of product strategies consistent with company vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and user stories.
- Be the bridge between product strategy and the engineering team, helping them to understand complex problems and identifying meaningful insights to guide product development.
- Participate in the product development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and launch phases.
- Gather user feedback and collaborate to the team to make data-driven decisions to optimize product features.
- Track and report on product performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
What you'll need:
- Write detailed business requirements and user stories that serve as the foundation for creating product specifications. Ensure clear communication and alignment with the development team.
- Be able to comprehend technical topics and effectively explain them to less technical counterparts.
- Have knowledge about agile development process. Collaborate with development teams to ensure efficient and effective product delivery.
- Possesses strong analytical and quantitative skills to derive insights from data.
- Adapt quickly, be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Learn and understand the processes, systems, and business functions necessary to operationalize a world-class B2B sales operation. Continuously seek opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Efficiently navigate between different projects and tasks, ensuring continuity and focus.
- Demonstrate a sense of ownership and accountability for the product's success.
