As an Associate Product Owner, you’ll play a key role in the development and adoption of products used to support over 100 million patient visits per year. As an Associate Product Owner, you will be: Defining clear product requirements (e.g create stories, bug and improvements requirements, and acceptance criteria) and collaborating with the engineering team to successfully implement them. Managing, refining, and prioritizing a backlog for the engineering team. Working closely with stakeholders to build meaningful healthcare applications and features with a focus on software that supports patient activation. Support release and launch processes for new releases and features. Provide product support and training to internal teams.

What You'll Do:

  • Working with Product Management leaders to understand the product vision, translating business cases into defined epics and user stories for development.

  • Ensuring user stories and requirements are defined, thought through, well understood, and ready for development in advance of each development sprint.

  • Organizing, prioritizing, and refining the backlog for your product area.

  • Becoming a subject matter expert over time within your product domain 

  • Collaborating with QA and support teams to triage internally and externally reported issues, using problem solving, analytic skills, and sound judgement to provide prioritization and recommendations for resolution.

  • Assisting with product support, documentation, and training to sales and operations teams.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree required 

  • Excellent communication skills – both oral and written.

  • An inquisitive mind that is never satisfied with the way things are but instead looks for the way things should be.

  • Strong Analytical capabilities to deconstruct problems and find their solutions.

  • Ability to thrive under pressure and function effectively in a fast-paced environment delivering multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

  • A passion for products and solving customer issues.

Base pay for US is $71,000 - $86,000, depending on qualifications. In addition, Phreesia also offers an attractive & comprehensive Total Rewards package. Phreesia is a fully remote company however, candidates located in ET and CT regions are given priority in the hiring process.
