Join Aprio's Assurance Operations team and you will help clients maximize their opportunities. Aprio is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for an Assurance Administrator to join their dynamic team.
Position Responsibilities:
- Communicate with multiple audiences (i.e. partners, team members, and clients) verbally and in writing.Â
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate appointments, meetings and conference callsÂ
- Handle professionally sensitive and confidential business matters and assist with special projectsÂ
- Create and send engagement lettersÂ
- Prepare travel arrangements and coordinate expense reimbursementÂ
- Coordinate proposals for potential clients as well as onboarding requirementsÂ
- Act as a resource for partners and team membersÂ
- Effectively manage competing prioritiesÂ
- Take accountability for work productÂ
- Work independently and with quick turnaroundsÂ
- Manage competing prioritiesÂ
- Balance multiple objectives and perform successfully under pressureÂ
- Follow instruction in compliance with firm policy requirements and adhere to an existing set of rules and standardsÂ
Qualifications:
- 2 years' experience as an assistant to multiple partners at medium/large group in a professional organizationÂ
- 3+ years’ experience as an assistant (or related/applicable experience)Â
- Bachelor’s Degree preferredÂ
- Strong Microsoft Office skillsÂ
- Ability to learn quickly and implement new software technologyÂ
- Proficient in multiple calendar managementÂ
- Team player with a positive attitude and works well with multiple personality typesÂ
- Strong commitment to completion of tasks and meeting strict deadlinesÂ
