Description

Híbrida: essa posição é exercida presencialmente e home-office.

Responsabilidades:

• Interface com outros departamentos, como: seguros, licenciamento e oficina técnica;
• Gerenciar as reservas de veículos sob demanda, garantindo a disponibilidade e eficiência no uso dos veículos da frota;
• Emitir e controlar documentações essenciais para o transporte;
• Realizar o monitoramento de prazos de contrato;
• Planejar e controlar manutenções, serviços técnicos e devoluções;
• Atuar como ponto de contato com fornecedores homologados e prestadores de serviços externos, a fim de garantir o cumprimento de prazos e metas.

Additional Description

Requisitos mandatórios:

• Ensino médio completo;
• Conhecimento intermediário ao avançado no pacote office;

Requisitos desejáveis:

• Superior desejável em Administração, Marketing, Publicidade e Propaganda e correlatas;
• Experiência com geração de relatórios e análise de dados.
