Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Axiomatics COTS Product RBAC`/ABAC Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise and leadership in the implementation and maintenance of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) solutions using Axiomatics COTS products. The candidate will work closely with clients to design, develop, and deploy RBAC/ABAC solutions, as well as provide support and guidance throughout the implementation process.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their RBAC/ABAC requirements and design solutions that meet their needs using Axiomatics COTS products.
• Develop, test, and deploy RBAC/ABAC solutions in accordance with industry best practices and customer requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RBAC/ABAC solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the RBAC/ABAC space.
• Communicate effectively with clients and project team members.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in RBAC/ABAC solutions implementation using Axiomatics COTS products.
• Experience with Axiomatics Policy Server, Axiomatics Data Access Filter, and Axiomatics Reverse Query capabilities.
• Knowledge of RBAC/ABAC standards and best practices, including XACML and JSON.
• Knowledge of Orchestrated Authorization approach.
• Understanding of DevSecOps pipelines and Zero-Trust Architecture and how ICAM solutions support their success.

Skills required:

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both collaboratively with cross-functional teams and independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred skills:

• Experience with Axiomatics Policy Auditor, Axiomatics Dynamic Authorization Extension, and Axiomatics Application Security Manager.
• Experience with other RBAC/ABAC solutions, such as Oracle Access Manager or IBM Security Access Manager.
• Knowledge of cloud based RBAC/ABAC solutions and architectures, such as AWS IAM or Azure RBAC.
• Experience with enterprise-level implementation and integration of IAM solutions such as Ping Identity products, including PingFederate, PingAccess, and PingOne; Siteminder, Okta.
• Experience with Zero-Trust Architecture implementations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Active MBI Clearance is highly preferred.
