Your Role and Responsibilities
IBM is seeking talented and movtivated Software Developers to work on products across the Software Portfolio. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a worldwide team of experienced and energetic professionals to create new and expected capabilities in our industry-leading Enterprise Asset Management portfolio. You will work across the entire software delivery cycle including requirements gathering, use case definition, design, implementation, test, test automation documentation, and delivery, including cloud infrastructure such as DevOps, SRE, Security, and customer support work as part of your scope. You'll frequently work with Product Owners, Architects, Release Managers, Designers, Sales, Support Business partners, and customers throughout this process.

• "• Bachelor of Engineer in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • 8+ years of experience in product development, deployment, configuration, and support of tools.
  • C++, Memory management, MFC, Win32, C, XML/SOAP.
  • IDE Skills: Visual Studio
  • Development Platform: Windows
  • Experience in developing Multithreaded applications and STL
  • Able to use and implement engineering methods and standards for model-based architecture
  • Expert in OOPS concepts and design patterns.
  • Ability to work on a large code base
  • Knowledge and experience in working with source control tools (Git, Bitbucket, TFS, etc.).
  • Primary CI-CD development skills "

• "• Having following skills is a plus:
  • QT Framework. Linux application development.
  • Exposure to Model based software design (MBSE)
  • Experience in SySML /UML 2.0 Design languages
  
  SDLC and Soft skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Team player, Experience working in Agile- Scrum teams.
  • Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Knowledge of all the standard Scrum ceremonies and process. "
