Job Description

Monitoreo de metricos del area de IT y PTO Community service:

• Acciones preventivas y correctivas para mantener números optimos.
• Organización de eventos de PTO (Control de avance).
• Objetivo 70% del departamento completado Junio 2025.

Administración Aplicación IT Key activities:

• Administrar aplicación de actividaes clave IT (Asgnaciones, reasignaciones, monitoreo de cumplimiento).
• Actualización de actividades en sistema en base a auditorias mas recientes.

Liderear un proyecto menor de IT:

• Documentación basica necesaria
• Scope of work, Cronograma, Gestion de riesgos, presentación de cierre

Aptitudes:

• Trabajo en equipo.
• Organización planificación y gestión.
• Iniciativa.

Conocimientos tecnicos:

• Paqueteria de MS Office.
• Conocimientos básicos administración proyectos (Ciclo de vida y sus fases).
• Generación diagramas de flujo.
