Playtech Managed Services is looking for a detail-oriented BI Analyst with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Your influential mission. You will...

  • Analyze customer behavior, betting patterns, and market trends to provide actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain business intelligence tools and dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of business operations and processes within the Trading room.
  • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with CS, Fraud, Product, Technology, Clients, and 3rd party suppliers to ensure alignment on business objectives and project goals.
  • Prepare and present reports to executive management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

  • have analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • are proficient in business intelligence software and tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Office).
  • possess excel in communication and interpersonal skills.
  • manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • demonstrate excellent attention to detail and take a proactive approach to identifying and solving business challenges.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the betting industry is a plus.
  • are fluent in written and spoken English.
  • show a strong passion and enthusiasm for sports.
  • are willing to work on a shift that includes evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
