BI Analyst

We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other financial brokers.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic BI Analyst to join our fast-growing fintech company.

Tasks:

• Create data marts for reporting purposes.
• Develop Tableau reports to visualize key business metrics.
• Administer Tableau resources to ensure optimal performance.
• Create Directed Acyclic Graphs (DAGs) and DBT models

• Build and maintain a fault-tolerant reporting system in the BI tool.
• Provide high-accuracy business data to stakeholders for informed decision-making. 
  
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless processes.
• Maintain high standards of quality in all aspects of your work.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in SQL, including abilities in window functions, query optimizations, and methods for working with arrays and JSON.
• Advanced level of proficiency in Tableau.
• Experience with Airflow, DBT, Python, Data Structure, and GIT.
• Fluency in both Russian and English languages.
