Job Responsibilities (You Will):

• Due to the nature of the role, bilingualism (English and French) is a requirement.

  • Test, troubleshoot, calibrate, and repair equipment, documenting work and preparing estimates.

• Operate hand and power tools and maintain parts inventory for mobile units and shop.

• Manage product inventory, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and loading/unloading delivery vehicles.

• Prepare and review shipping/receiving documentation using SAP, including rental equipment handling.

• Maintain an organized, clean work area and uphold company principles through teamwork and accountability.

• Participate in EHS (COR) program, observe safety regulations, and complete required training.

• Adapt to additional duties as business needs evolve.

Education/Experience (You Have):

• Due to the nature of this role, bilingualism (French fluency, basic knowledge of English) is a requirement.

• High school diploma

• Strong time management, multitasking skills, and mechanical aptitude

• Obtain two manufacturer certifications within the first year (training provided by Grainger)

• Proficient with computer systems and software

• Strong math skills, self-motivated, team player attitude

• Able to lift 50 lbs. and hold a valid driver's license (travel required ~50% of the time)

• Valid passport for occasional U.S. travel for training

This role requires visits to customer sites and adhering to customers' health and safety regulations, including wearing PPE such as a hard hat, steel-toed boots, and, if necessary, an N95 mask (requiring clean-shaven or trimmed facial hair). Specific requirements will be outlined during recruitment.
