About your key responsibilities and impact:
- Analyzing current revenue streams by business segments and identifying opportunities for growth;
- Creating and maintaining revenue forecast models based on sales trends and other business factors;
- Preparing regular revenue reports and providing actionable recommendations to management;
- Monitoring forecast performance and making necessary adjustments to improve accuracy;
- Preparing detailed financial reports and presentations for management and stakeholders;
- Evaluating the revenue impact of marketing and advertising campaigns;
- Creating invoices and managing payment tracking;
- Researching and resolving client billing issues or disputes;
- Reconciling accounts with clients and generating account statements;
- Informing and reminding customers about payments via email communication;
- Tracking invoicing and payment statuses for services revenue;
- Collecting and organizing financial supporting documents, including invoices;
- Communicating internally with accounting, finance, legal, and other departments regarding services provided, debt settlements, and related matters.
- 3+ years of experience in finance;
- In-depth understanding of financial analysis, revenue forecasting, and financial modeling principles;
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, ERP, and BI systems;
- Knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and financial reporting standards;
- Expertise in data analysis and statistical methods, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights;
- Experience with revenue recognition principles and practices;
- Understanding of pricing strategies, cost management, and profitability analysis;
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and performance measurement techniques;
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to develop and test financial hypotheses;
- English: Upper-Intermediate level;
- Experience in billing (preferred);
- Proficiency with billing software (preferred).
