We are looking for a talented and dedicated Billing Support Manager to join our team and and develop the direction of Billing Support. This position will provide an opportunity to build a process and interaction with other departments from scratch and give space to implement your ideas to build a technological and efficient division.
Your impact:
- Development of procedures and processes for handling disputes and chargebacks.
- Monitoring risk indicators, identifying trends and spikes in risk metrics, analyzing department performance, gathering trends, and determining the case segments processed within the billing support flow.
- Updating and adapting the billing support flow to current business requirements.
- Maintaining project documentation.
- Collaborating with the technical team, product team, and support team to optimize and automate processes within billing support.
- Building a "metric tree" for the billing support process.
About you:
- Over 2 years of experience.
- English proficiency B2+.
- Experience in billing processes, rebuilding strategies for compliance interactions, collaboration with development teams, people management, and maintaining documentation.
- Expertise in analyzing user behavior and segmenting users effectively
- Attention to details
- Ability to work in a high-loaded atmosphere
