Seu papel e responsabilidades
The Brand Marketing Team leads the development evolution and expression of the IBM brand –bringing it to life through the creation of end-to-end advertising campaigns that drive engagement and brand equity for IBM.
The role involves working closely with agency partners internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to enable the development of globally relevant creative and ensure alignment to the company-wide business and marketing objectives. Responsibilities include overall management of an IBM podcast including editorial planning episode research and development and audience engagement strategies.
IBM is looking for a Brand Manager Brand Marketing to help build brand relevance through advertising assets including podcast content that engage inspire and progress clients partners and prospects to choose IBM. In this role you will:
• Collaborate with the team to manage the editorial strategy for an IBM podcast partnering with internal and external stakeholders to conduct research and write episode guides that reinforce IBM’s priority messaging.
• Develop audience engagement and growth strategies partnering closely with internal Paid Media and Social teams.
• Work with agency partners during the audio and video editing process to ensure messaging clarity and consistency throughout each episode.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improving podcast content structure and distribution.
• Apply deep curiosity to build an understanding of the market target audiences and IBM’s offerings to help create the most compelling content.
• Analyze performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations to build the IBM brand and develop optimization plans.
• Work across different marketing disciplines in IBM from Product Marketing and Communications to Paid Media Field Marketing Events Social Ecosystem and Industry.

Profissional Requerido e Conhecimento Técnico
• Experience in advertising or creative production connecting content and experiences to buyer market and channel trends.
• Experience working at an advertising or creative agency or with agency management.
• Experience producing and managing a podcast including content development talent and engagement strategies.
• Superior English language writing skills with a keen eye for detail (diction syntax and grammar).
• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and audio storytelling.
• Intellectual curiosity and the desire to learn technical topics.
• Ability to translate feedback across stakeholders into directional guidance for agency partners.
• Ability to problem solve pivot and provide transparent communication in a fast-paced work environment.
• Exemplary attention to detail and organization and a commitment to flawless execution.
• Portfolio of work demonstrating success in primary responsibilities for the role.
• Fluent english
