Your mission?
You will assist in creating and delivering Pricefx product training targeted to a variety of Pricefx stakeholders, including customers, partners, and employees. While most of the training delivery is directed to business users, some of the training targets technical roles including implementation and integration engineers. Between trainings, you will apply your skills to ongoing training projects both within your team and across the company.
You will be in charge of...

• Preparing and delivering live, instructor-led training targeted to Pricefx stakeholders (at the location or remotely).
• Support the development, maintenance, and updating of Instructor-led training materials.
• Collaborating with the Product Education team on product topics and content alignment.
• Supporting Pricefx customer training projects, including gathering requirements, defining deliverables, and measuring KPIs.
• Managing training content tools and introducing best practices.
• Developing and maintaining relationships across the Pricefx company and various stakeholders.

What should you have to succeed?

• Minimum three year of training or similar experience in a software or tech company.
• Proven track record of developing and delivering software product training.
• Exposure to enterprise software implementation projects.
• Strong analytical skills and business analytical experience is a big plus.
• Strong project management skills; experience as a project manager is a plus.
• Ability to communicate with the global team in person, on conference calls and through email.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
• Ability to convert broad business requirements into functional processes.
• Ability to work with minimal or no supervision.
• Flexibility to learn new tools, technologies, frameworks and business processes.
• Curiosity and passion for technologies
