Job Description
In this role you’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers) where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst expert in processes and procedures typical of the Banking sector you’ll participate in projects that will promote the Digital Transition. You will work with customers’ business users and SMEs other analysts project managers in order to share strategic vision of the Digital Transformation define macro-goals individuate IT artifact that can boost the Transition and collect and formalize business requirements. Moreover you will work with project managers and technical engineers developers AI experts to design and build IT solutions based on the business needs.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- support the end-user adoption;
- understand and embrace the customer Digital Transformation;
- gather business requirements for the IT services that support the Transformation;
- write technical documentation;
- collaborate with PMs to functionally drive the developments team;
- participate in work in progress meetings.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
As a Business Analyst with experience in supporting Digital Transformation we are looking for experienced candidates with the following background and skills:
- Experience as a senior Business Analyst in the area of Digital Transition in Banking sectors
- Good understanding of the business needs of the organization
- Ability to interact with client’s SME in order to define business objectives and gather business requirements
- Ability to individuate relevant dataset valuable to promote the Transition
- Good competencies about the Open Data standard
- Ability to produce high-quality documentation about solution design
- Ability to interact with the customer to provide regular updates about the work in progress
- Intermediate knowledge of English language level B2
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
In particular are very appreciated:
- Previous experience in Registry/Current Accounts
- Cobol/DB2 and JCL
- Experience in technical analysis and project management support
- Knowledge of tools: QMF for Windows File Manager (FMAN) Cobole ditor: Charisma/Grappa HOD (Host on Demand Mainframe Emulator)
