What You'll Get to Do:
At CACI, the Enterprise Services Center (CES) in Oklahoma City, OK is home to hundreds of CACI team members working in critical corporate functions, such as Finance and Accounting, Information Systems, Contracts, Procurement, Security and Human Resources.
At the CES, we employ the use of many tools to get the job done. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining SharePoint sites, discovering & documenting as-is business processes, and working to recommend optimization of existing systems through enhancements or through automation.
As the Business Analyst - Process Improvement & Innovations, you will be part of a team that is the driver behind our continued growth and success at the SSC. We are currently searching for the right business analyst to help guide our organization into the future. From documenting current functional processes and evaluating their candidacy for innovation to creating cutting edge solutions, our ideal candidate is a detailed planner, expert communicator, and high-performing analyst. They should be committed to enabling the business through robust documentation and development of innovative solutions in an ever-changing digital landscape.
More About the Role:
- Drive discovery sessions across business units to document current As-Is processes and to identify substandard processes through review of process documentation and discussions with subject matter experts.
- Serve as a conduit to identify processes to optimization and/or automate.
- Maintain knowledgebase repository through ServiceNow and SharePoint and ensure quality procedures and solutions are available to the staff.
- Monitor assigned tasks by priority to meet deadlines.
- Participate in departmental meetings to ensure awareness of operational activities and upcoming projects as well as provide updates to assigned tasks.
- Understand CACI corporate structure and interacts with other staff to update documentation effectively.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
- University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of related work experience.
- Strong working knowledge of relevant applications, including, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Visio, Power Platform
- Experience in development and reporting of service metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices/ISO20K standards
- Proven capabilities in project management
- Highly proficient technical writing capabilities
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
- Prior experience working in a shared service environment highly preferred
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow & Costpoint
- Microsoft Word & Adobe Pro
- Agile fundamentals
