Business Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a passion for the Web3 gaming industry at Seedworld. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth by building partnerships, securing strategic alliances, and expanding our presence within the blockchain gaming ecosystem. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to shape the company's growth strategy and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

ยท Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships with gaming studios, blockchain platforms, NFT marketplaces, and other stakeholders within the Web3 ecosystem.

ยท Develop relationships with crypto communities, influencers, and investors to promote the company and its products.

ยท Create and implement a comprehensive business development strategy and processes that aligns with the company's goals and growth targets.

ยท Identify market opportunities and lead efforts to launch innovative products or services in the Web3 gaming space.

ยท Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations with blockchain networks, gaming platforms, and NFT projects.

ยท Conduct detailed market analysis to stay updated on the latest Web3 gaming trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies.

ยท Provide data-driven insights to the executive team to inform product development and marketing strategies.

ยท Represent the company at Web3 and gaming conferences, networking events, and industry forums to raise brand awareness and connect with potential partners.

ยท Cultivate strong relationships with blockchain developers, game publishers, and Web3 investors.

ยท Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, including legal, technical, and financial aspects.

ยท Manage contractual agreements, ensuring all terms are beneficial for both the company and its partners.

ยท Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment between business development efforts and company objectives.

ยท Provide strategic input during the development of new products and features to ensure they meet market demand.

ยท Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and clients, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term engagement.

ยท Act as the main point of contact for partners and clients, resolving any issues that may arise.

ย 

ย Qualifications:

ยท 2+ years of experience in business development, preferably in gaming and Web3 Games industries.

ยท Proven experience in the Web3 or blockchain ecosystem (DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, crypto gaming, etc.).

ยท Strong understanding of blockchain technology, NFTs, tokenomics, and decentralized platforms.

ยท Experience working with gaming studios, blockchain platforms, or NFT projects is highly desirable.

ยท Demonstrated success in securing high-value partnerships and driving revenue growth.

ยท Familiarity with Web3-specific business models such as Play-to-Earn (P2E), GameFi, and NFT-based economies.
