Business Intelligence Manager

As the Business Intelligence Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making across our BI Product & Operational Teams. Collaborating closely with various departments, you will understand their unique business needs, align strategies with organizational goals, and empower teams to leverage data effectively.

As a Business Intelligence Manager, you will:

• Drive, develop and execute the BI strategy aligned with business objectives for the Product and Operations divisions, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
• Lead, mentor and develop multiple teams of BI Analysts, Data Analysts and Engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, ownership and accountability.
• Cultivate strong relationships with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to understand their needs and translate them into actionable data solutions.
• Oversee the execution of BI projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and provide maximum value to business units. 
• Continuously evaluate and implement new BI tools, platforms, and technologies to improve data accessibility and efficiency within the team.
• Actively contribute to the implementation of robust data governance and quality assurance processes to ensure the availability of accurate, governed and high-quality data.
• Encourage a culture of curiosity and exploration, motivating the team to find new ways to leverage data and generate actionable business insights.
• Initiate and facilitate training programs to enhance data literacy across the organization, empowering business users to independently access and interpret data.
• Champion a strong data culture within the organization.

What you'll bring:

• BSc & Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., statistics, mathematics, economics).
• Minimum of 8 years of working experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence or related field, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar leadership role.
• Proven track record of leading and managing teams, with a focus on team development and performance management, and the ability to set priorities in an ever changing environment.
• Strategic mindset with the capacity to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Advanced technical proficiency in SQL, Python, Databricks, and visualization tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to translate business needs into actionable insights.
• Deep understanding of business processes and KPIs, ideally within tech industries, e-commerce or gaming. Experience in the gaming industry will be considered a strong plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
