What You'll Do
As the Sales S&P Business Intelligence lead for the ThousandEyes Sales business, you will drive excellence by owning sales analytics, data mining, data visualization & tools, developing dashboards, and building best practices to help the organization make more data-drive decisions. Your key stakeholders will span across the leaders of the ThousandEyes organization and you will focus on the highest priority initiatives. This role requires engagement with account teams and ThousandEyes sales specialists, sales leadership, global sales S&P, business units, and other cross-functional organizations.Â
Role & Responsibilities include:Â
- Strategy & Planning: Understand ThousandEyes’ sales strategy, priorities, and go-to-market plans. Work closely with various stakeholders to develop business targets and requirements. Define, plan, and execute.
- Leverage data visualization tools to measure and guide the business: Growth programs and initiatives, sales incentives, competitive programs, generate strategic insights & spur new initiatives.
- Drive and manage key BI initiatives and projects.
- Cross-functional engagement & alignment: Drive cross-organizational collaboration, alignment, and execution around key strategic initiatives; operational rigor to ensure execution and impact. Forge strong relationships, build a virtual team Ă win together.
- Sales acceleration: Partner closely with Sales Acceleration team around enablement programs; business scaling initiatives, deal acceleration programs, etc.
- Various strategic initiatives, get well plans, pilot programs, etc. as required.
- Trusted advisor. Be proactive. Challenge the status quo. Execute extremely well.
Who You'll Work With
The successful candidate will work closely with ThousandEyes sales S&P team members, global ThousandEyes sales leaders, various worldwide sales teams, ThousandEyes specialist teams, account teams, Business Units (engineering), marketing, channels, and other cross-functional organizations.
Who You AreÂ
- 5+ years in a related role (business intelligence, data analysis, others), strategy & planning experience a plus, SaaS experience a plus
- Strong knowledge of SaaS sales functions; familiarity with sales organizations, processes, and go-to-market
- Strategic thinker, analytical in nature, you understand the numbers and are energized by solving problems
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration, building relationships and driving success in a matrixed environment
- Strong verbal & written communications skills; ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Comfortable in a fast paced, dynamic environment where you are empowered to make decisions and drive the business
- Proven experience translating data into insights and helping stakeholders do the same
- Strong project management & organization skills; proactive; detailed oriented

- Tools proficiency:Â Required: Tableau, SFDC, SAP HANA, Strong grasp of Excel (PivotTables, SUMIFs, and other complex functions, etc.), PowerPoint (presentation building); Plus but not required: Power BI, Looker, Snowflake, SQL, Clari, FINBI
COMPENSATION RANGE
When available, the salary range posted for this position reflects the projected hiring range for new hire salaries in U.S. locations. For non-sales roles, the hiring ranges reflect base salary and do not include bonuses, equity, or benefits. Hiring ranges for sales positions include base and incentive target, and do not include equity or benefits. Individual pay is determined by the candidate's hiring location and additional factors, including but not limited to skillset, experience, and relevant education, certifications or training. Applicants may not be eligible for the full salary range based on their U.S. hiring location.
