Raison d'ĂŠtre

  • Le rĂ´le du Responsable Business Management est de gĂ©rer et dĂ©velopper la relation commerciale avec les clients existants sur notre site CDMO dont il a la responsabilitĂ© et de faciliter l'intĂ©gration de nouveaux clients et leurs produits sur le site afin de contribuer Ă  la croissance du site et par consĂ©quent du groupe.
  • The Business Manager develops and leads the commercial client relationship within our CDMO Drug Product business. This role is accountable for improving client satisfaction with current services, improving revenue opportunities and growing service offerings in line with the overall best interest of our business.

  • As Business Manager, you will build a strong foundational business relationship with clients and partners with our commercial team to generate business growth with potential clients, identifying and developing business opportunities. Some level of technical proficiency is required to understand client and business requirements and work with the internal organization to identify solutions aligned with these requirements.

Activités

Gestion de la relation client :

  • ReprĂ©sente les intĂ©rĂŞts de ses clients sur le site tout en assurant la pĂ©rennitĂ© du site
  • PrĂ©pare et conduit, avec l'ensemble des dĂ©partements contributeurs, les revues de performance pĂ©riodiques de ses clients ainsi que la gestion des visites clients afin de promouvoir les capacitĂ©s du site et du groupe Patheon
  • S'assure que tous les problèmes sont communiquĂ©s Ă  temps avec le bon niveau de dĂ©tail et en assure le suivi et la rĂ©solution auprès des clients tout en informant de façon rĂ©gulière la direction site et rĂ©gionale si besoin
  • Travaille en Ă©troite collaboration avec les Ă©quipes Business Development pour assurer un renouvellement continu des opportunitĂ©s pour le site
  • S'assure que le dĂ©roulement des projets (nouveaux produits, changement des spĂ©cifications, etc) se dĂ©roule suivant le plan agréé avec ses clients au moyen d'une coordination des Ă©quipes internes

Client and Relationship Management :

  • Serve as the leader in our CDMO business activities for Drug Products, representing the client interests, while growing the site's financial position.
  • Work with existing clients to expand the total service offerings and drive additional volumes / business expansions.
  • Be the client advocate and leader balancing and driving both the client's and Thermo Fisher Scientific's requirements and priorities.
  • Serve as escalation point for the customer on critical needs, prioritization and decision making.
  • Coordinate client site visits and facilitate/direct client contact
  • Collaborate internally and externally to ensure plan execution is done in full respect of agreements e.g. TT agreement, Product Agreement (PA).
  • Ensure both the client and the site are operating in compliance with MSA (Manufacturing Supply Agreement) and ensure contract compliance

Gestion des prévisions de ventes et des aspects financiers :

  • S'assure que les prĂ©visions de ventes de ses clients existants sont actualisĂ©es et sont renseignĂ©es dans le processus de planification S&OP
  • S'assure que les prĂ©visions de ventes de ses nouveaux clients incluant PDS sont actualisĂ©es et sont renseignĂ©es dans le processus de planification S&OP
  • S'assure de la bonne connaissance des obligations contractuelles des Manufacturing & Supply Agreement (MSA) dont il est en charge et de la conformitĂ© de leur application
  • Participe Ă  l'Ă©laboration du budget annuel en apportant sa connaissance des changements, des risques et des opportunitĂ©s des prĂ©visions de ventes de des clients
  • S'assure de la planification et de l'actualisation moyen terme et mensuelle des revenus de services pour ses clients

Financial and Forecast Management:

  • Leverage client forecasts and input, combined with market data, to ensure robust demand inputs and long-term business planning processes.
  • Know all financial obligations within the Master Service Agreement (MSA)/Product Agreement (PA) and works with Finance to assure compliance.

Cotations et contrats commerciaux :

  • S'assure de la bonne Ă©valuation du coĂ»t global des projets existants ou nouveaux (couts de production, investissements, etc)
  • PrĂ©pare et soumet les costbook Ă  Patheon UK,
  • Met Ă  jour les cotations en fonction des changements techniques en intĂ©grant aussi les nouveaux services demandĂ©s par les clients ou exigĂ©s par les diffĂ©rentes rĂ©glementations (BPF, ICH, etc)
  • S'assure que toutes les mises Ă  jour annuelles des prix sont actualisĂ©es et communiquĂ©es aux clients en conformitĂ© avec les contrats en vigueur
  • S'assure que toutes les exigences des contrats en vigueur sont exĂ©cutĂ©es, y compris les prix, les conditions de paiement, les conditions de renouvellement, les calculs de rendement, etc.
  • Identifie et dĂ©veloppe avec les autres dĂ©partements du site de nouvelles opportunitĂ©s (demande clients, nouvelle rĂ©glementation, amĂ©lioration des opĂ©rations, etc) pour ses clients existants

Quotations, Supply Agreements and New Business Development

  • Review business proposals to ensure alignment with financial commitments.
  • Ensure the accurate assessment of the overall cost of a new or existing project (cost of production, capital requirements).
  • Provides technical solutions to the client to address process robustness or business challenges.
  • Support the team with controlling tech transfer projects upon validation and to ensure we meet the client results according to the contract

Profil Requis

  • DiplĂ´me Ă©tudes supĂ©rieures en sciences et / ou en commerce ou Ă©quivalent
  • ExpĂ©rience souhaitĂ©e dans l'industrie pharmaceutique et/ou sous-traitance pharmaceutique, .
  • Connaissance de la fabrication pharmaceutique et de son environnement
  • Orientations service client et commerciales importantes
  • ExpĂ©rience en gestion de projet dans un environnement exigeant et rapide
  • Bonne connaissance en finance appliquĂ©e Ă  un centre de coĂ»t
  • Bonnes compĂ©tences analytiques et organisationnelles
  • Aptitude Ă  la communication interne et externe, verbale et Ă©crite; MaĂ®trise de l'anglais
  • Connaissance pratique des applications Office Microsoft (MS) (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, point de partage)
  • Engagement dĂ©montrĂ© envers nos principes fondamentaux d'intĂ©gritĂ©, de respect et d'excellence
  • University Degree in Engineering, Science, Finance and/or Business required.
  • Several years' related experience in Project Management, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Account Management, Sales or Marketing with internal or external client-facing responsibilities.
  • Pharmaceutical industry or Contract Manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, quoting and demand management.
  • Skilled at negotiation and conflict resolution
  • Fluent in French & English
