Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Business Systems Analyst

Position type: Full-Time.

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Houston Texas 77002

As a Business Systems Analyst you will:

Job Requirements:

• Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs.
• Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.
• May require an associate degree in a related area and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Familiar with relational database concepts, and client-server concepts. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a project leader or manager. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

Required:

• Ability to develop custom solutions for loading and extracting large volumes of data to and from our business systems.
• Analyzes and understands complex business system requirements and can address them using tools such as MS-SSMS, SQL Scripts, Excel Macros, VBA etc. as well as provides solutions to address root causes with the intention to reduce or prevent such issues to reoccur.
• Demonstrated capability in optimizing system functionality and performance.
• VBA/ VB / Excel Developer
• Knowledge of key concepts of SQL databases, relational database

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $45 - $47 per Hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
