Business Systems Analyst - Salt Lake City, UT (Remote)

Enterprise Risk Management assists senior management in identifying and assessing key risks (e.g., operational, financial reporting, etc.) and related controls. The challenge is identifying the correct qualitative and quantitative measures and using them to help mitigate risks that are beyond the appetite of the Company's stakeholders. Responsibilities

The Business Systems Analyst helps provide the quantitative skills and innovative thinking necessary to enhance and carry out the Company's Enterprise-wide Risk Management (ERM) framework by:

• Working within the Integrated Risk Management System (IRMS) team to design, develop, and implement process automation solutions that drive cost efficiencies and enhance productivity.
• Partnering with various risk functions to configure, test, and manage IRMS solutions.
• Creating and maintaining IRMS process requirements, documentation, and reporting.
• Participating in ongoing enhancement projects to improve IRMS processes.
• Design and build creative solutions to address business problems and/or replace time-consuming manual processes.
• Testing project code to ensure it performs as per business requirements.
• Supporting production processes through incident remediation and enhancement requests.
• Implementing best practices and development standards for automated solutions.
• Proactively leveraging emerging technologies to simplify processes.

Qualifications

Candidates should have a high aptitude for critical thinking and analyzing processes with their associated risks and controls.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field.
• Skilled in at least one of the following automation tools: IBM BAW/BPM UiPath, Symantec Workflow, Microsoft Power Automate, and/or VBA.
• Experience in an Agile development environment, including requirements gathering/user story generation, design, development, testing, and deployment with Azure DevOps experience a plus.
• Knowledge of Risk and Control concepts and methodologies.
• Excellent presentation and communications skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to solve problems collaboratively and build strong relationships.
• Ability to work effectively on a team, with various leadership positions, and committed to quality processes and outcomes.
• Ability to prioritize multiple, concurrent tasks and maintain strong attention to detail.
• 6+ years of experience working with automation tools and/or business systems and applications.
• A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.

Desired:

• 8+ years working with business systems and applications, incident and change management, and project and systems management.
• Direct experience working with RSA Archer
• Java, JavaScript, SQL, HTML, XML, JSON, CSS, and/or knowledge of webservices and REST Services.
