Job Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

• Minimum 5 to 8 Years of experience required in C++ with knowledge in C#.Net framework.
• You develop and integrate new features mainly in C++ on Microsoft Windows and Linux OS.
• You contribute to the software architecture and clarify requirements in cooperation with the client and the team
• You perform code analysis, refactoring and optimize legacy code
• You utilize common design patterns as well as the advantages of object-oriented programming and Multithreading.
• You develop robust and effective code and ensure high quality by performing unit tests, simulation (writing simulators when needed)
• You develop sometimes in C# .NET Framework/Core
• You contribute to improve and troubleshoot Linux and Microsoft Windows development Environments.

Knowledge, Skills in order of importance

• Strong C++ background in complex applications, as well as an understanding of object-oriented programming
• Strong reverse engineering capabilities on complex C++ applications
• Microsoft Visual Studio development environment deep knowledge
• Experience in programming in Windows and Linux environment
• Git knowledge
• STL Library knowledge
• C# .NET Framework/Core programming experience
• Experience in at least one Scripting language (Python, PowerShell) – Good to Have as current team has this knowledge. Python is more important.
• Networking programming knowledge including channel securitization (TLS)
• State machine programming experience
• Cryptographic programming knowledge (OpenSSL)
• SQL Knowledge
• Boost or POCO C++ library knowledge is a plus
• CMake knowledge is a plus
• JIRA tool knowledge is a plus
• Payment ecosystem knowledge is a plus (EPS, PCI,..)

Soft skills:

• Understanding of the software development lifecycle, including testing, code coverage, and code quality
• Open to learn new tech and adjust to new ways of working
• Self-organized and diligent

Required skills: Education, Experience / knowledge, Role specific skills

• Degree in computer science, electrical engineering, telecommunication engineering or similar qualification
• Good communication skills in English (writing & speaking) along with team spirit
• Agile methodology knowledge (SCRUM)
