We’re excited by the fact our team is continuing to expand. And, as we continue to grow, we’re on the hunt for a great Campaign Manager who can coordinate campaigns across the CT group's brands, ensuring consistency and effectiveness. 

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns for digital and offline channels including industry events. 
• Focus on lead and demand generation, improving the sales pipeline across the group’s brands. 
• Work closely with the SEO analyst to align paid and organic search strategies. 
• Collaborate with vendor partners to ensure alignment across joint business initiatives and campaign messaging. 
• Manage and optimise paid media campaigns, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to maintain consistency in messaging. 
• Provide campaign support across email, website, and traditional and digital mediums as per marketing and content plans to support marketing KPIs and targets. 
• Analyse campaign performance metrics, including ROAS and lead generation, and adjust strategies accordingly. 

Here's what you'll bring:

• Previous extensive experience in a campaign and events management role, ideally in a technology-driven business. 
• Expertise in paid media management, lead generation, and marketing automation. 
• Experience collaborating with SEO teams and aligning paid and organic strategies. 
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on ROI and performance optimisation 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised and able to manage and oversee multiple tasks and deadlines
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
• Self-motivated individual who’s able to work independently as well as collaboratively to deliver results
