About the Role
The Candidate Experience Coordinator plays a crucial role in owning Agero’s recruiting process from start to finish as well as providing an exceptional experience to all stakeholders involved at each stage. This position is all about making a positive impact! The Candidate Experience Specialist has an important voice in how we think about best practices and will have the opportunity to engage with leaders at all levels of the organization.

We are looking for someone who is curious, ambitious, incredibly well organized, self motivated, detail-oriented, friendly and a great communicator who is easy to partner with. You will own the outcome of ensuring all candidates have a clear, concise and consistent recruiting process from viewing a job posting to accepting an offer.
Lastly, this hire is passionate about OWNING something big and is dedicated to taking our candidate and stakeholder experience to the next level.
Key Outcomes:
- Build and invest in relationships across HR and partner groups
- Learn and further optimize the TA Systems & Processes
- Ownership of the interview scheduling process, onboarding process, and experience program
The Day to Day:Â
- Provide a high touch experience to all stakeholders interacting with the TA team, including candidates, interviewers, managers, and partners.
- Crisply execute the interview scheduling process
- Collaborates with the larger People Team to facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new employees.
- Continue to drive our point of view on a superior experience and come with fresh ideas for becoming the market leader
- Drive daily recruiting operations
- Understanding of technology and tool sets to drive efficiency and automation opportunities
Skills and Experiences:
The ideal candidate in this role will be customer oriented with strong organization skills, the ability to manage multiple high priority tasks with tight deadlines, expertise in problem solving, while maintaining an impeccable attention to detail and accuracy. Additional qualifications are:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1+ year experience with Tech and Tool experience (Greenhouse ATS is a plus)
- Experience in a people facing role (customer service, recruiter, hospitality industry as examples)
