- Utilize Microsoft Dynamics ERP for inventory tracking in conjunction with METRC
- Daily data entry and recording of all plant material weights into corresponding harvest cycle spreadsheets.
- Training employees to perform all wet plant processing tasks according to the provided SOPs.
- Oversight of all plant processing related tasks, making sure employees are following SOPs, and issuing corrective action when employees do not follow SOPs.
- Management of both full-time and temporary employees: scheduling workflow, track working hours, inputting timesheets, ensuring meal/rest break compliance, and coordinating staffing needs with the Director of Cultivation and third-party staffing companies if needed.
- Coordinate with the Lab/Kitchen department to forecast time and volume of product ready for extraction.
- Any other task assigned by the Harvest Manager or Director of Cultivation.
Benefits:
- Benefit package includes medical, dental, vision, Life/AD&D, 401K with company match, paid time off, and holidays.
