Capital and Data Specialist

PURPOSE STATEMENT

The Data Specialist - Capital and Engineering Governance, will be responsible for creating purchase orders on behalf of all capital consumers in the US/C (except I.S.), including the determination of whether that spend is allocated through Ariba or SAP. The Data Specialist will also be responsible for invoice resolution related to capital projects.

In addition, the Data Specialist - Capital and Engineering Governance will be responsible for data gathering, input, and reporting for the asset management program.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES

1. Capital purchasing

• Issue all requested purchase orders related to all capital in the US/C (except I.S.), either through Ariba or SAP. The scope is:
• All US/C plants - maintenance managers and engineering
• US/C warehouses
• F'real
• DSD
• Corporate services
• SSI corporate office
• R&D
• I.S. for plant specific projects.
• Work with procurement and tax department in development of streamlined approach to commodity codes, and communicate to capital teams as needed.
• Ensure all capital policy requirements are met for requested purchase orders, including project agreements when required.
• Modify existing purchase orders as requested and required.
• Research any related invoicing, vendor, or billing issues related to all capital in US/C (except I.S.) and work with Accounts Payable for full resolution.
• Communicate effectively and clearly with all RPC customers and external customers (ex. Vendors, suppliers, contractors) as needed.
• Work with Ariba team in understanding capital vendor onboarding cycle and support as needed.

2. Asset management program

• Participate on the asset management program team to determine data requirements for plants, including development of user-friend asset tracker tool.
• Gather all required data (ie. asset life, installation dates, maintenance downtime, maintenance dollars, QA / product issues, etc. All data will be input into an asset tracker tool.
• Work with team on determining schedule for updates and releases.

3. Capital and Engineering Team Governance

• Participate with plants on Ariba rollout schedule, ensuring plants and teams are set up for success.
• Manage and schedule regular team meetings.
• Manage SharePoint and Teams sites and other team communications as needed.
• Organize annual team meetings (location, logistics, content, agenda, etc.).

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related area required.• 2+ years business or finance experience (or related field).• Proficiency in Excel, including analytics and formula development.• MS Office suite• Strong analytical ability - review large amounts of data and be able to provide insights and recommendations• Basic project management skills.• Able to learn and adapt to new technology.• Great communication and collaboration skills.• Good organizational skills.• Customer focused mindset - able to work at a fast pace and problem solve on behalf of our internal and external customers.• Must be able to multi-task.• Continuous process improvement mindset.

COMPENSATION

In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

Annual Range/Hourly Rate

$49,311.00 - $66,714.00
