About the Role
Validity is seeking a Certification Analyst reporting to our Manager, Certification Operations in our Broomfield, Colorado office, to support the Email Sender Certification program at Validity.
Do you like reading email? Do you enjoy research? How about surfing the web? Do you like solving mysteries, crossword puzzles, or even Sudoku? Do you enjoy learning about other companies?
If so, the Email Sender Certification program at Validity is looking for a Certification Analyst. We certify the best email senders in the world, and our Certification Analysts are responsible for reviewing the email practices and behaviors of companies applying for program membership.
Position Duties and Responsibilities
- Review new member applications, and compare to established program standards
- Research company characteristics and validate sending practices. (You’ll be looking at a lot of email!)
- Complete internal administrative tasks as necessary, including:
- Coordinating with internal teams on applications for acceptance or rejection
- Assisting with member communications and notifications as scheduled
- Provide exceptional customer service to potential and current members by answering Certification program questions, including but not limited to, questions about the application review process and administration of the program
- Assist with various internal program administration projects as assigned
- Participate in 24/7 incident response on-call rotation
Required Experience, Skills, and Education
- 1 to 3 years of work experience in a customer service or support environment or other applicable experience or education.
- Experience using email and web search tools.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills. Ability to manage multiple assignments and administrative projects simultaneously.
- Ability to perform individual functions with minimal supervision, as well as act within a team setting.
- A track record of success in a team environment with demonstrated service, analytic, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills regarding administrative, operations, and service support roles.
- Strong focus on client service and the ability to interact with people at all levels.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Internet/Web-based Applications.
Salary range $50,000 - $60,000 plus benefits, bonus opportunities and stock options. Final salary may vary depending on skills, location, and/or experience.
