What You'll do:
We are seeking an experienced Change Management Specialist with a proven track record in leading organizational change management efforts for federal technology projects with a focus on strategic communications, stakeholder management, and training development and delivery to support large-scale transformation initiatives in federal environments. Â
What You’ll Do:Â

Change Management:Â Design and implement robust change management strategies tailored to federal system implementation projects, ensuring seamless organizational adoption. Apply industry-leading methodologies, including but not limited to:Â

Change impact analyses, Stakeholder assessments, Comprehensive change management plans, Surveys and success measurement and Communication and training plans to prepare users for upcoming changesÂ

Strategic Communications: Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver clear, user-friendly communications through various channels to prepare users for organizational and technological changes.Â

Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, serving as the primary liaison between program teams, customers, and end-users to ensure seamless adoption of new systems and processes.Â

Training Development and Delivery: Lead the creation and execution of tailored training programs, including virtual and in-person sessions, video modules, and instructional materials, to support end-user adoption and organizational readiness.Â

Metrics and Continuous Improvement: Establish metrics to measure change management success, track engagement, gather feedback, and continuously improve communications, training, and stakeholder engagement strategies.Â

Agile Integration: Apply agile methodologies to streamline change management activities, ensuring efficient and effective implementation of complex federal systems.Â

Required Qualifications:Â

Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational development, or a related field Â
-
5+ years of organizational change management experience, specifically supporting federal technology projects.Â

Demonstrated proficiency in communications strategy, stakeholder engagement, and training development and delivery in large-scale IT transformation initiatives.Â

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and guide diverse stakeholder groups.Â

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.Â

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance per contract requirementsÂ

Advanced degree in I/O Psychology or a related field.Â

Change management certification (e.g., CCMP, Prosci, or Kotter).Â

Experience with business process re-engineering, Appian projects, and management consulting.Â

The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Groundswell, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:
$80,353.00 - $163,684.00
