Position Type: Contract (6 months with strong possibility of extension)

Position Title: Change Manager Consultant

Work Environment: Hybrid (remote is a possibility)

The opportunity:

Are you experienced in Organizational Change Management and Operations Lead within Financial Services or Banking, and open for new career opportunity in Toronto? We would like to hear from those interested in FTC and contract working arrangements.

Change Manager overview:

• You will be responsible for ensuring operational teams do not maintain the status quo in relation to their process and procedure.
• You will receive a best-in-class solution, it is critical that the solution is not moulded to fit the existing process, procedure, mentalities, etc.
• There will need to be significant change within the business units to take advantage of all that the solution will offer.

To be successful in this role you must have:

• Experience as a Change Manager / Operations Lead within an Organizational Change Management (OCM) environment
• Experience in the Financial Services and/or Banking industry.
• Experience acting as a OCM within a Market Data Solution Programme.
• Proven and demonstrable background of successful delivery and achievement in a similar position.
