We're looking for a Chief of Staff to provide general support for the CEO

How you'll shape the future of B2B sales

  • Offer high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing notes, preparing presentations, and coordinating key meetings.
  • Facilitate impactful executive and leadership team meetings, ensuring effective communication and follow-through.
  • Define, track, and report metrics to measure the success of strategic projects and initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional, high-impact projects as directed by the CEO, collaborating with executives and department leaders to ensure alignment.
  • Operate behind the scenes with humility, focusing on driving the mission and success of the organization.


Requirements
Here's what we need from you

  • 5+ years of experience, ideally involving direct work with a CEO and/or experience in a fast-growing tech environment.
  • Exceptional organizational, planning, and time-management skills to manage complex priorities effectively.
  • Proven expertise in planning and leading strategic initiatives across diverse teams.
  • An analytical mindset and problem-solving approach.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to influence others.
  • High integrity and the ability to motivate teams with enthusiasm and trustworthiness.
  • Superb storytelling and presentation design skills, capable of creating compelling visuals, including tables and charts
  • A humble, mission-driven attitude, with the ability to thrive in a behind-the-scenes role, focusing on organizational success.
  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
