Job Description

Chemix, Inc., is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Chief of Staff to support our executive team and drive key initiatives across the organization. As the Chief of Staff, you will play a critical role in managing and coordinating the company's day-to-day operations and ensuring effective communication and collaboration between different teams and departments. You will work closely with the CEO and other senior leaders to develop and execute strategic plans, implement company-wide policies and processes, and drive cross-functional projects.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with strong leadership and communication skills. You should have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and working collaboratively across different teams and functions. Responsibilities:

  • Support the CEO and senior leaders in day-to-day operations and decision-making process
  • Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional projects and initiatives
  • Develop and implement company-wide policies and processes
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements and drive their implementation
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively across different teams and functions
  • Analytical mindset and ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Experience in a startup or tech-driven environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience in the battery or climate tech industry
  • Familiarity with startup operations and challenges
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools
