Job Overview
The Operations team at LPL is implementing a multi-year strategy to transform how we operate and scale to more efficiently support our advisors. As the largest team at LPL responsible for ensuring back-office systems run smoothly, we are in a unique position to work closely with leaders and teams across the company.
We are seeking a Senior Analyst on the Operations Strategy & Transformation team as a generalist to support the broader transformation effort and help execute strategy. In this role, the Senior Analyst will manage projects, deliverables, and timelines, coordinate internal and external meetings including developing agendas and decks, write key messages and help tell our transformation story.
The ideal candidate will bring a demonstrated track record of successfully collaborating with team members and stakeholders, effective storytelling through data, graphic design, and deck building, and very strong organizational, project, and time management skills. A background in project management, consulting, and/or strategy, is preferred. Additional experience in communication and change management is helpful.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing strategic initiatives and projects, including maintaining deliverable timelines, facilitating meetings, and stakeholder engagement
- Collaborate with leaders, project teams, and partners to build decks for various audiences, including Board of Directors, Executive Committee, project teams, and for department-wide meetings
- Manage monthly KPI reporting and review process
- Maintain organization-wide activity calendar
- Assist with other tasks to ensure an effective Operations organization and strategy execution

Requirements:
- A minimum of 3-5 years experience partnering with leaders, building executive-level presentations, and influencing organizational change
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

Pay Range:
$60,100.00 - $100,100.00

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
