CI Architect

Job Summary:

Continuous Integration (CI) Continuous Deployment (CD) Architects play a critical role in development and release of embedded SW for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) software. The role involves design, development and maintenance of CI/ CD/ CT Framework used to Build, Release and test ADAS software, support pre-release software check-outs, and assist software development teams with debugging CI issues.

Your Role

• Design CI/ CD/ CT processes using standardized framework/ tools
• Evaluating, implementing and streamlining CI/ CD/ CT practices
• Establishing a continuous build environment to accelerate software deployment and development processes
• Supervising, examining and handling technical operations
• Guide development teams and help resolve issues related to CI/ CD/ CT framework
• Identifying setbacks and shortcomings in the process
• Design and publish efficient CI/ CD/ CT practices across multiple projects
• Interface between Customer CI/CD Team and Aptiv CI/CD Team to discuss/define processes.
• Have a leadership attitude to handle teams

Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline (electrical, systems, computer science, software, computer or related field of study)
• 8+ years of experience with Continuous Integration Pipeline Development
• Experience with Jenkins Pipeline Scripting (Groovy/Java)
• Experience with Git/ Gerrit, Python
• Experience in Dockers and Kubernetes
• Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar tools

Additional Background Preferences:

• Continuous Integration experience within the Automotive domain is a big plus
• Experience in Plastic
• Experience in Coverity
• Familiarity with Unit Tests
• Familiarity with Automotive SPICE and ISO-26262
