Position Summary

This role is responsible for providing direction and oversight to operational team of U3000 Regional Implementation Directors within Client Services and Operations. The U3000 Regional Implementation Directors manage the implementation process for new and renewing clients within their Region. The Client Account Support Director is responsible for ensuring alignment with Sales and providing the Regional Directors with guidance and support so they can successfully accomplish their roll of timely and quality delivery of client installation and maintenance tasks and ensuring escalated issues are handled timely and appropriately. This position includes utilizing management tools and active management behaviors to lead a team of Regional Implementation Directors who are responsible for:

1) Aligning with Regional Growth Leaders to meet and exceed Sales growth that has been forecasted

2) Partner with Sales Regional Growth Leaders and Clients to meet all Client commitments

3) Engaging internal matrix Partners to ensure alignment of the Implementation deliverables.

Responsibilities:

Manage a team of U3000 Regional Implementation Directors utilizing the following tools and active management behaviors to monitor throughput and make daily adjustments to maximize productivity:

  • Management Operating System, Vista and Tableau.
  • Create and drive the strategy of the organization. Lead meetings with team to provide direction and guidance on how to be successful on obtaining the goals created for them. Remove barriers to ensure team meets deliverables and commitments.
  • Meet with clients and/or brokers to assist in resolving any issues relative to the Implementation Process, including executive communications and project reporting.
  • This position will partner closely with the Directors in Client Operations to positively influence client and customer results ensure market level specifics are managed tightly within the team and all team members are supporting goals of the market to positively influence the client experience.
  • This position will be responsible for the ongoing development of staff including providing feedback, coaching and ongoing development. Additionally, this position is responsible for building and fostering relationships with matrix partners while driving toward issue resolution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in operations preferred
  • 3 years client facing experience required.
  • Excellent leadership skills including a demonstrated ability in managing a vision, communicating its purpose, ensuring accountability, and delivering results.
  • Experience leading others through complex change events; proven track record of developing talent across all levels of their organization.
  • Strong operational orientation and competence with deep end-to-end process knowledge.
  • Demonstrated influential leadership in a highly matrixed environment required.
  • Proven results in leading an organization, external partners, and peers through changing business and/or operations priorities.
  • Ability to develop strong internal and external relationships.
  • Proven ability to drive organizational change and ability to innovate and improve.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Sense of urgency and desire to achieve top line results.
  • Proficiency with multiple software and system-based applications, including database and spreadsheets (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, tracking systems).
  • Travel may be expected, as needed.
