Client Commercial Coordinator

We are looking for a Client Commercial Coordinator (m/f/d) to join the team at Landor & Fitch Germany. Could this be you?

This role should ideally be based in Hamburg.

The role

The Client Coordinator provides a variety of professional support services to Client Service as well as Finance teams. You will monitor and manage the progress of financial costs of a project along its life-cycle. Data collection and preparation to facilitate efficient invoicing and month-close procedures are part of your role, as well as weekly tracking and reporting of commercial data. In addition, you will support all processes regarding compliance - implementing and establishing procedures and best practices.

What we're looking for

• Work experience in project management, branding, advertising or finance
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or comparable is a plus
• Good knowledge of common Microsoft programs, especially Excel
• Hands on mentality and the ability to work independently
• Attention to detail
• You will be strategic and intellectually agile, decisive, and respectful with ever changing priorities
• Ideally fluent in both English and German, so you can communicate with our clients and studios
